Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. This ice cream shop is great! They have the perfect retro feel of an old time I've cream shop. The staff is friendly. They have good flavors and rotate in new special flavors all the time. The sundae selection is great, they have some dairy-free options as well. The portions are very generous for the price. I recommend!

Pav's is a must stop. The staff is always incredible and on a weekend day when the weather is nice, the wait is so worth it. For vegans, there's usually about five options and the Mint Chocolate Chip and Cookies and Cream is.... Too good. Unbelievable, really. Plenty of vegan specialty items and sundaes too! I learned on my last visit the cake cones contain dairy but the waffle cones only say "may contain" so depending on your restrictions, these are a great option!

Sooo good. Wish I lived closer! We walked down here from the Burntwood Tavern after dinner to get some walking dessert. So worth it. Neat old school design and yummy flavors . I forget the name but the honeycomb and Graham crackers one was great. Yum!

We tried this ice cream shop for the first time and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. The two employees working the evening we came in were extremely rude from the start. Since it was our first time visiting, we had a few simple questions about the menu. Instead of being helpful, they acted like we were inconveniencing them just by asking. At one point I even tried to make a lighthearted joke about misreading the menu, and they rolled their eyes at me. It made the whole interaction feel really uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the shop was also concerning. Every table we tried to sit at was sticky and had crumbs or drips of melted ice cream from previous customers. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a long time, and there were autumn leaves scattered around the floor, including a whole pile by the door, which was especially strange considering it’s March. They also were not very busy, so I was surprised to see the employees just standing there as the shop looked horrendous. The ice cream itself wasn’t bad, but the rude service and dirty environment really overshadowed the experience. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back. I also added photos for r

I just tried their Lawson's chip dip ice cream yesterday for the super bowl and loved it! So good dipping chips in and I even crunched chips on top of the ice cream and had some that way. I also have tried their sugar cookie ice cream and that is the best ice cream I have ever had. Looking forward to trying more flavors and of course getting more of the sugar cookie ice cream when they have it again in July.
